Build your life around your unique talents and strengths and reinforce them through practice and learning. Find a career, hobby or business that draws on these strengths. When you do that, you will be more productive, more fulfilled and more successful in doing what you love to do every day. Decision
Making a decision means committing to achieving a result.
It is a promise that you make to yourself to achieve a result. It is not important to know how you are going create a result. What is important is deciding now on taking a new decision that will change your life. Most people take decisions without deciding where they want to go. That is why in a short period of time, they get caught up in all sorts of problems. Because they were not clear from the onset when they decided to take a decision where they want to go, when they meet challenges and obstacles along the way, they don’t know which the right direction to follow is. They go with the flow because they are directionless. They become part of the mass of people who are directed by events, situations and circumstances in the environment instead of their values. My advice is stop associating with mediocre people who discuss minor things and who are not making any worthwhile progress in life. Avoid your beer drinking friends who consume 24 pack of beer every weekend discussing nothing but sports and women, avoid those unprofitable gossiping sessions about your neighbor and start surrounding yourself with winners. Winners discuss strategy, they discuss plans on how they can double their income in the next 12 months, how to start a second income stream. Winners join business clubs, mastermind groups, toastmasters. They talk progress and development, they discuss non-fiction books, educational audio CDs and DVDs to help each other to succeed.
